Cocktail Preparation 101

The long lost traditional recipe of the Lim's family ultimate cocktail is now restored! This ultimate blend of cocktail is only serve to whoever whom marries my close cousin. Heard of the 'Long Island Tea'? Well, this is called the 'Lost Island Tea'.

Lost Island Tea:

1. Brandy (Room Temperature) - 1 Table Spoon
2. Red Wine (Room Temperature) - 1 Table Spoon
3. Coke (Cold, no ice) - 2 Table Spoon
4. Chinese Tea (Hot) - 2 Table Spoon
5. Soya Sauce (Room Temperature) - 1 Table Spoon

Put it into a shooter glass. Serve at room temperature.

We (My cousins and I) made a special 'Lost Island Tea' for our dearest Richard. Too bad we didn't take his expression down with a camera. =)

The wedding is held in The Legend Hotel. In the chinese restaurant on level 9. Food was good but service was terrible. The beer is watered down and it is not nicely chilled. Thumbs up for the food. Down for the rest.
